This is an interview of two German students about their school, exchanges and opinions.
My name is Katrin Wolf, I’m eighteen years old and I’m in my senior year here at
European
School. I haven’t been a part of an exchange but I would love to go to
Sweden if I were in an exchange. When I think of
Sweden I immediately think of blond, hot people, beautiful landscape and a cold but sunny climate. I think exchanges are good because you get a lot of experience, explore the world and get more independent. If I could, I would like to go to USA and
Spain with an exchange because I’ve had those languages as subjects in school. I think it’s a good thing that the Swedish school pays for the exchange, and I wish that it was the same at our school.
This school has about 2300 students and 180 teachers. The students are between 10 to 19 years old. The school doesn’t pay for the lunch and most of the students have food with them from home.
I find it okay to go to the same school as the smaller children, even though it gets noisy sometimes. If the food were tasty I would want the school to be in charge of the expenses but as it is now nobody would eat it anyway because it’s bad. When I’ve graduated I’ll like to study here in
Germany, I’m not sure about what yet, but I know that I want to stay in the country.

Hi, I’m Dominik Queins, nineteen years old and I’m also in my last school year. I’ve been to France with a school exchange but I would like to go to
Sweden to. When I think of
Sweden I only think about hot, blond girls. I like the exchanges because the exchange of cultures, and that you meet new people. If I could, I would go to
Australia for an exchange because of the people and the temperature. I think it’s very good that the Swedish school pays for the exchange. I think the school system in
Sweden is better because you don’t have to go to the same school as the young ones. I don’t care about if the school pays for our lunch because I wouldn’t eat it anyway. When in done with school I want to travel to Australia and
Sweden to experience the countries.
